Tell Us Where It's Dripping

Take a photo of the stain, the drip, or the roof from the yard, and send it with the form below. That one photo tells us more than a paragraph: whether it is a boot, a flashing edge, a valley or a storm tear, and whether it needs a tarp today or a repair this week. Add the address and the room the water is showing up in, and you are done.

What happens next

During business hours we reply within the hour with a visit time, usually within 24 to 48 hours for an active leak inside Tuscaloosa or Northport. After hours, you hear from us first thing the next morning, and a leak that is actively coming in gets a tarp in the first daylight we have. At the visit we trace the leak from the attic up, show you the entry point in a photo, and hand you a written price. Nothing starts until you say so.

Property managers: include the tenant's contact and we will handle access directly, then send you the diagnosis and price by email for approval.

If you are not sure the leak is from the roof at all, send it anyway. A fair number of ceiling stains in Tuscaloosa turn out to be a sweating AC line or a bathroom fan venting into the attic, and we will tell you that for free rather than charge you for a roof repair you do not need.

Photo, address, and the room. That is the whole form. We will take it from there and put every number in writing.
