Towns We Cover
Tuscaloosa sits on the Black Warrior River, and every town we work in is within about 30 minutes of the Lurleen Wallace Boulevard bridge. Roof leak repair across Tuscaloosa County means the same crew, the same attic-first trace and the same written price whether the drip is in a Forest Lake ranch or a metal-roofed house outside Coker.
Tuscaloosa itself is home base, and every crew starts the day there. For each town below we cover the housing stock, the roads we come in on, and the leak problems we see most there.

Tuscaloosa
Home base. Fastest response, every service.
Northport
We find the leak, show you the photo, fix that spot.
Cottondale
US 11 and University Blvd East homes, 1970s-80s subdivisions, rentals, 2011-era roofs now 15 years old.
Holt
Roofs put on after the 2011 tornado are 13-15 years old and leaking at boots and flashing.
Coker
Metal roofs, farmhouses and porch tie-ins west on Hwy 82 near Lake Lurleen.
Fosters
Manufactured homes and older rural houses on big lots out US 11 southwest of town.
Samantha
Wooded north-county lots on Hwy 43: limb strikes, shaded mossy roofs, clogged valleys.
Brookwood
Older mining-town houses with brick chimneys and 2000s builds on Hwy 216.
Vance
Subdivisions built around the Mercedes plant are 20 years old and their builder-grade boots and flashing are failing.
Coaling
Small-town roofs off I-20/59 and US 11 between Vance and Lake View: brick ranches, rural lots, newer streets.
Lake View
Lakeside homes and newer subdivisions on I-20/59 at the Jefferson County line.
Moundville
In-town houses south on Hwy 69 near the archaeological park, older brick chimneys and additions.
Duncanville
Rural stretch south of town toward Moundville: brick ranches, carports, acreage lots.
Towns we serve
Northport is across the river and gets Tuscaloosa response times. Cottondale, Holt and Brookwood sit on the east side along University Boulevard East, Crescent Ridge Road and Hwy 216, and carry most of the 2011 rebuild roofs outside the city. Coker, Samantha and Fosters are the north and west side, more acreage, more metal roofs and manufactured homes. Moundville is 20 minutes down Hwy 69 south. Vance, Coaling, Duncanville and Lake View run along the I-20/59 corridor toward the Mercedes plant and the Jefferson County line.
Response times follow the map. Tuscaloosa and Northport are usually 24 to 48 hours for an active leak and same day for an emergency tarp in daylight. The east-side towns are close behind. Moundville, Vance, Lake View and the north county add a half hour of drive time and, after a major storm, a day on the schedule.
